On 11-26 My wife and I both age 64 disabled senior citizens went to the T-Mobile Store located at 2500 Green Oak Drive in Kingwood, Texas 77339 Phone (281) 358-0451 where we paid manager Johnny Martinez $433.49 cash for a Samsung phone and accessories. We returned the very next day and returned everything because it simply did not work. Mr. Martinez was unable to get it to work - and he refused our money back saying he had no cash and that he had no check either. To date, inspite of numerous emails and calls even to the lawyer for T-Mobile we still do not have our cash back or refund.
