Recently I attended Best Buy in Plano Texas Store #202. My daughter bought me an MP3 player over a year ago but it looked too complicated to install. So I took it too BB and was assisted by Jeff Wilson. He took his time and instructed me on how to install the unite. I am a dufuse when it comes to the new electronics and Jeff came to the rescue.
