Fry's Electronics - Plano Tx. Worst service I've ever received in a retail store. Unpleasant employees, no greeting. The return process was horrific!!! They judge you from top to bottom as if the product being returned with a receipt was stolen. I see they will soon be joining Circuit City, hopefully sooner than later! Best Buy employees are most helpful and always gracious, not to mention the store is much more shopper friendly!!! Apple should remove themselves from such a discussing retail store...
