I purchased 2 magic jacks over the phone, it was all automated. No live person, and also purchased 2 1 year extention of service for each unit. After receiving the product it did not work at our house because we have satellite, we were not told this when we purchased. I returned 1st class within 3 days. My return information stated they must recive by July 10th to get credit, which was only 16 days after I purchased, not 30 days as they advertise. They billed my credit card right away for both units and for the 1 year extension. After they received the units they reversed the unit charge but not the 1 year extension. After multiple attemtps to try and explain this to the customer service online chat I gave up. They refuse to help and are trained to wear you down.
