If only I had the insight to look into this company before ordering anything from them! I placed an order over the phone for one magic Jack and received three. I had gotten in contact with live chat and explained that I received three magic jacks instead of one in November.
They claimed I had ordered three! After a while I was given an address so that I could return the two extra magic jacks.
The people on live chat will not admit that an error was made on their part and insisted that you ordered more than one when in fact the error was from them. I returned the two extra magic jack in November 11 by confirmation signature request. It was picked up and sign by D GROSS. The person on live chat stated that only one magic jack was returned! I stated that maybe the person who picked up the package stole one!
They billed me on November for one magic jack and surprise surprise... I receive a bill in January for 133.42! I again went on-line to live chat... I could not believe the amount of time I was on disputing with these people. They wanted me to confirmed that I had ordered three magic jacks!
I told them that I will not confirmed that because I had only ordered one! On and on it went! I got in contact with my credit card company to dispute that amount from magic jack. Hopefully everything will work out, if not you will hear from me again.
I stated to the live person that I was going to go on-line and report their company. I was never as pissed off as I am now to learn that this company does not have a phone number... And that they have a PO box instead of a real address!
Message from USPS: Your item was delivered at 1:19 PM on November 20 in WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33405 to MAGIC JACK. The item was signed for by D GROSS.
Please when you go on-line and on live chat with someone copy and paste everything that was stated among the two of you... I did!
Not only do I have proof that I mailed them back the two magic jack, I also have proof that it was picked up and signed, and also I copy and paste my live chat with them and saved it for the future, which I know I will need if they don't remove it from my statement.
