I purchased a plasma in the Douglasville, Ga shop on 10-13-08 like a present for my w/y. We did not start the container until yesterday (10-27-08) since our home is born to get a Smarthome and we have been awaiting the electrician to discover the cables within the wall. Obviously, directly after we ripped it from the container, the display was damaged in a number of locations! We approached the shop mgr, detailing the issue thorough and he continuously charged people of damaging it throughout the transportation house. Brad (shop mgr) declined to switch it and stated he talked to his "higher-up" mgrs plus they all decided there is nothing they might do. Where's the client assistance? The inescapable fact is. This is actually the 2nd period we have obtained a damaged Television out of this shop. The only real distinction is last period they traded it!
