Piss-bad "customer support"...

They WOn't trade a $600 faulty Tamron lens which was bought like a HOLIDAY PRESENT... Based on them my 21-times were on 12/30...

TOO-BAD, my PRESENT TO MY SPOUSE, was not exposed until 12/25... Plus they did not open-back up to 12/28... AND there is a 30-minute "on hold" watch for the following several times!

WE DECIDED Alternatively to visit RITZ CAMERA to obtain some solutions with this factor..."MUST HAVE VISITED RITZ CAMERA WITHIN THE FIRST PLACE! THEY ATLEAST THINK CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ESSENTIAL!

MY ADVICE... Don't handle this camera shop. (ADDITIONALLY, after I was COMPELLED to cope with TAMRON like a "GUARANTEE PROBLEM" (after just 3-times from the container)... THEY explained that I had been fortunate... CAMERAKINGS is known for promoting "GREY-MARKET" products & not telling there clients! They'd to 1st examine my serial number before speaking with me!

Thanks alot, camerakings... An excellent present, has converted into a little night mare... Perhaps by spring she will have it back & have the ability to take some christmas images... Oh ya... Too fucking late!!! Thanks for nothing!!!
