I'm having an issue with Money Converters in Liverpool.
I purchased a Nintendo DS for £59.99 and had issues from day-one, the connection with the display was terrible also it froze after an hours play.
I approached the shop plus they questioned me in the future in to the shop that we did and that I described the issue towards the Store-Manager who got along my facts and guaranteed to contact me back 24 hours later which obviously, he never.
I've simply named them-and talked towards the same supervisor who advised me the issue using the distinction of the display hasbeen set... I noticed that the distinction was good as which was not the issue and that I described the fault again, then he stated 'the specialist had it for around two moments and maynot look for a problem' I asked how could he look for a fault when he'd it for just two moments and believed the distinction was the fault to that the supervisor had no response.
I then asked to get a reimbursement and he declined until I really could are available in and show that there is a problem.
What're my privileges, what will be the greatest move to make?
I'm obviously not likely to get everywhere by talking with the shop straight.
