Purchased a 52inch LCD TV in November. Decided I didn't want to keep it so I returned it after a couple of weeks (12/17). Everything was still in the original factory packaging so they to the merchandise back and said my credit card would be credited. Over 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund to be credited to my account. I will never set foot in a Video Only store again after this experience.
