After receiving Publisher, I was very disappointed. I promptly returned it. Over the next few months, I received 4 more "Video Professor" Cd roms. I returned all of them unopened. I then receive my credit card statement, the one that I closed, and it read "Video Professor $268.45. I called the credit card company, and filed a dispute. I then called Video professor, and was told that it would be taken care of within 72 hours. 2 weeks go by, and yet another call from the credit card company. I then called Video Professor again, and was told (again) that it would be credited within 72 hours.
Still today, 5 months later, it is still not taken care of. I told Video Professor that I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and also this website every 12 hours until my account is taken care of. I was assured that this would not be a problem, and that my credit card will be paid in full including the late charges, within 72 hours.
