Vibelights Didn't ship items and never returned emails of phone calls

My son ordered cold cathode lights and paid with a credit card. He never received the items for a month. I called many times. I emailed many times. I reached the answering machine and left multiple messages.

This guy is a cheat and rip off. Do' order from him.
