A total of $358 in various itunes products/services were charged over a period of 2 days. I was never able to reach a live person at Apple Itunes. Their instructions to unauthorized charges was to contact our financial institution. Our bank did refund the money, but I think Apple Itunes needs to have better control and security of consumers information.
