What the heck! Members site - Bull! While trying to sign up to use Itunes the very first time to activate my IPOD I am following the directions to the "T" and I am taken to this web-site where it is stating that I need to sign up here as a "Member" to have full access to unlimited downloads for my IPod. Then they asked for my information and I sign up thinking it is legit. Then I try to sign in to the web site and oh yes, I am even given a user ID and password.
So I try to log in and low and behold "nothing". I feel like a fool! I know I am not the most knowledgeable on the computer, but I am not stupid either or so I thought. What a Rip - Off! Charged almost $50.00 for nothing that I can not get back the money back from.
Why does Apple and ITunes allow this to happen? It is not very good way to win my business, but I am stuck with $50.00 on top of what the IPOD cost and then the downloads for songs. Is it from the people who wrote the instructions? Are they thieves prying on the Apple name? Apple needs to look into who is giving the directions on downloading the IPODS!!
