I just want to notify everybody to stay away from this computer repair shop "PLANET CYBER". I came there to get my computer repaired and they told me to come back the next day and to pick it up. They said they are going to charge $35 to repair the computer. I come back the next day and they say that its going to cost me $85. It say's on there website "100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee" also a fraud. I called the manager to get a refund and he was the rudest person I have ever spoken too. He didn't want to refund me the money, instead of repairing my computer he made it worse. Now the Windows is not working and all my information is erased and he didn't want to return my computer. And then when I wanted to take my computer home, he wanted my to sign a release that it was $0 dollars for the repair. But I got a bill on my credit card for the charge the next day. So be careful with this fraud team. They will take your money and won't repair anything.
