Someone told me about cyber defender being free, i looked up the site & called. Someone who didn't speak very good english told me it was free & some guy with india name would set it up. He told me i had to turn over the control to him, i did & it took hrs. It took from 2pm afternoon till 4am in morning. I told him i had to go to bed & finally he gave me bk control, i thought but i couldn't do anything with my computer.
Next day i called & they told me to give them 151.41 they would clean my computer up because it was infected bad. I was scared because my computer was new & i don't know a whole lots about it. Then they told me for 299.99 they would guarantee it for 2 years & it would all ways be protected. They told me they wouldn't take out the 151.41 only the 299.99.
My computer is all messed up & shuts down more times than i can keep it on. They took out 451.40 out of my credit card. They wouldn't talk to me on the phone or the internet. I have a bad computer & out 451.40 in money. When i click on cyber defender to clean up it's the same stuff that comes up.
