Blue Screened Again

We purchased an eMachine (which is owned by Acer) last year and it's been nothing but trouble. I sent it in for repair back in January and it cost me $50.00 bucks only to get the computer back doing the same thing. I kept calling the support line and they kept having me format the hard drive until I refused to do it again. I explained to them it had been formatted/recovered about 8 times and it didn't help anything so I ended up sending it back in for repair which cost me another $36.00 dollars. When I got the computer back and hooked it up I was aggravated to find it's still going to a blue screen with a mini dump error. I read the repair notes and guess what... They recovered the computer... AGAIN! Really? That's not repairing the computer at all. So I called them back to get another ticket number to mail the computer back for repair. I was shuffled around from person to person until finally the connection was lost. This happened twice, on May the 18th and May 19th and guess what... My warranty went dead on the 20th and they are refusing to repair my computer. They have a complete phone log and they know I tried to get this sent back before the warranty was up. They just don't want to fix it. How do they expect to keep a business open with such crappy repair service?
