Verizon Wireless is truly advantageous to delivering telephones with defective application towards the community. I have had Verizon just for under 2 yrs and also have had the LG Venus (faulty and slow responding touchscreen), the LG EnV2 (The screen went twice, the keyboard went twice, and my "okay" switch about the outside keyboard wouldn't function), and today I actually have the LG EnV3.

After significant issues to Verizon Customer Support, I eventually informed the boss that "I'm not obtaining another EnV2 given that they obviously do not function, I'm not utilizing my update or am I spending money on a mobile phone when odds are this one may screw up too. I told him I had been on the road towards the nearest Verizon shop and that I required a brand new operating telephone, that evening." I had been severe with my tone but used to do not curse or shout.

After I came towards the shop, I informed the woman who assisted me what I simply described and he or she returned spoken towards the supervisor, and returned out with my EnV3. I never spoke towards the supervisor and all of the affiliate explained was easily desired to trade it for another telephone I'd have to take it back within 35 times and there will be a restocking charge. Yesterday I had been on MyVerizon, and unearthed that I'm no further for an update and they expanded my agreement for another 2 yrs. The manger did this without informing but had the affiliate set it in to the pc and he or she didn't tell me both. Another factor is, I'm the main point about the consideration, however the account isn't in my own title therefore officially I don't have agreement to get this done.

Essentially, Verizon expanded the agreement for 2 decades without informing the bill owner. The only path to change this really is to complete an earlier termination or claim using the supervisor till they correct the problem.

Verizon might have fantastic mobile phone support but so far as the really mobile phones as well as in-shop customer support moves... It is horrible.
