Bought new 2yr agreement. From morning INCH nothinig but one hassle after another. After 3 telephones that didn't function was delivered a "licensed like-new telephone" and informed which was all-they might do since we're previous 2 weeks and therefore are today under preservation section of agreement. If all prior telephones didn't function, how is that this our problem? We're having to simply accept applied telephones for that next couple of years that nevertheless don't function correctly! Was informed by Verizon when we experienced we had a need to modify companies to-go forward and achieve this and they'll cost us the first termination costs! Therefore much to be long-standing clients!!!
