My loved ones is a Verizon Wireless client for a long time. Two of our telephones weren't employed in December and Dec and Verizon attempted to complete a software update that didn't function. I approached the FCC plus they requested Verizon to research. Verizon examined and stated they explained I had a need to return so that they decline the renounce the $700 cost. I'm surprised that the business like Verizon might behave within this style and that I am disappointed the FCC leaves it towards the organization to research itself.
