1000Bulbs has a rip-off return policy! They require that all shipments be inspected within 24 hours for damage or defects or nothing can be returned.
I ordered a large case of light bulbs. There was no damage to the package when it arrived. I started using the bulbs and realized that three of them were defectively made with bent tips so they wouldn't screw in.
I contacted "customer service" and they told me simply that policy was policy. No credit or return. Is it really reasonable to expect that everyone can inspect a shipment within 24 hours? What if someone is on vacation or out of town when the shipment arrives? Sorry, out of luck.
I've ordered over $300 in product from them in the past 12 months. I pointed out that it would be a shame for them to lose all that business over three lousy light bulbs. They didn't seem to care.
