Faulty SIM Cards & Bad Customer Service

I have been a Net10 client since February. I purchased the telephone for my adolescent boy whonot wording significantly and just makes/gets several calls per week.

A couple of months after buying the telephone and incorporating moments/period, the telephone ceased operating (with lots of mintes and times left onto it). My spouse named customer support who decided the telephone had a poor SIMULATOR. They decided to deliver us a brand new SIMULATOR, but wouldn't return the times of support dropped while awaiting the alternative SIMULATOR. Once the SIMULATOR came within the email (about 3 nights later) we named customer support to obtain the telephone triggered.

A couple of months later we experienced EXACTLY THE SAME issue and experienced the exact same process with customer support (TWICE: once to record the issue and also have it identified and again once the SIMULATOR came to trigger the telephone).

Today, Oct 24 (significantly less than thirty days because the last disaster) the telephone wouldn't permit anything-but crisis calls even though there are 38 times left about the telephone and more than 200 units remaining. Once more customer support decided that people required a brand new SIMULATOR. After about 50 units about the phone with Net10 (including 10-15 units on-hold before a realtor actually acquired), my spouse set me about the telephone. I waited as the customer support representative set me on-hold repeatedly and just required me down to appreciate me for holding and also to consult me to put on a couple of minutes longer. After I requested to talk to a boss I had been informed that I'd need to wait before end-of the phone call. Then your broker explained that she was having difficulty together with her pc and maynot finish the support before pc problem was solved. I called back and waited on-hold for more than 10 minutes! Once the broker acquired we were instantly disconnected. I called again and got through after waiting on-hold another 10 minutes. This time around the broker about the different conclusion stated that they mightnot hear me. Although I had been changing telephones, the broker hung-up on me.

Obviously I'm sick and tired of Net10 and certainly will search for another pay-as you-go support for my boy. Meanwhile, I'll do anything I will to reveal Net10 due to their low quality gear (3 failed sim-cards in 8 weeks) and outrageously poor customer support.
