I settled 60.00 to get a Net-10 telephone-it began to power-down constantly and so I lay on-hold for 25 minute with customer support. I had been informed they'd deliver fresh telephone-I told them I'd to possess same phone number. I had been informed it'd have that-zero it included new quantity. Our advertisements have my previous cell phone number. Again I contact cs and am on-hold for more than 30 minute I eventually get a realtor. I told them how crucial it had been that I'd aged quantity-they stated not a problem-after 40 minute she mentioned it had been set. She stated delay 1 time and change telephone on and it'll be set. It was not I called again on-hold again and 40 minute later someone else claims they are able to repair it. I was on telephone again and after 1 time stated it was set-it had beennot!!! I subsequently named following day same task on-hold 40 minute a guy informs me he does not understand why they stated they might repair I required a brand new sim-card and he'd deliver it in my experience-it arrived 5 nights later so when I place in telephone stated faulty! Today they claimed they'd deliver another sim-card after being on-hold 45 minute and on telephone 1 time. Today I attempt to utilize current telephone also it claims emerg calls just! And so I named to obtain reimbursement-I'll need to deliver by return-receipt at my price. Are you kidding me. Also he then stated no warranty of reimbursement they'll evaluate my situation. When I am writing this I'm still on telephone having a cs supervisor for more than 2 hours! It's charge me shed company calls, no telephone and hours of work-time, and of course my nerves are shot.
