I purchased a Hitachi 42" flat-screen Television from Comet Greenwich shop in January. The collection smashed down in November and Comet required it away to be fixed.in January it had been written-off by Comet plus they provided me a 'gift-card' and explained to select another. I rejected this present instantly stating that I needed a complete money reimbursement of £799.99 when I didn't trust their goods anymore. It which broke down was actually an upgraded and that I had had 4 television substitutes from Comet previously year, which ceased operating because of the same problem. Comet do not appear to realize that after 4 substitutes of it I've had enough and normally need my money-back from their store that they are declining. Within their own consumer promise that was share with me in the pointofsale in January states 'If for almost any cause we can not restore the merchandise we shall provide you with a substitute or perhaps a complete return'. Comet aren't honouring this dedication in my experience and thus much haven't delivered my £799.99.
