Fraud, horrible service

Our child has already established a Net10 texting telephone for over annually, and it has been cautious using the telephone itself and economical together with her texting and phone use. On February 5th, with 13 times left on her present 300 moment / 60-day card, her telephone abruptly ceased delivering and getting text and calls. A login to Net10is site explained that her telephone had somehow been deactivated. Numerous emails through their assistance website online went unanswered. I experimented with contact their assistance phone-line many times over a three-day interval, however they were so hectic that I had been informed to "call-back later" without actually being positioned on store. After I eventually achieved an owner about the night of Feb 10th, I had been informed, after being placed on store numerous occasions, the moments and nights about the telephone have been used in another telephone and quantity. Neither I or my child approved this type of deal. After I questioned them to repair this mistake, I had been informed to call-back Mon Fri 8A-6P ET when their "Scam Division" was available. After I called back the following day, I had been placed on hold period and time again before being informed to "call-back Mon" during business hours. Therefore Friday, with just four times left about the telephoneis phrase, I called again. I had been left on-hold for over two hours without actually talking with anybody, after which abruptly disconnected. I redialed, used fifteen minutes detailing this entire point once again to still another owner. This time around I told them I had been a Wal Mart Technology middle worker (really, my weekend work). That appeared to make sure they are more mindful and that I was used in a somewhat more intelligible speech and he truly appeared to be knowing the issue and trying to resolve it, till he questioned me to put on on the second. There is lots of typical call center background sound to get a moment or two, after which I had been disconnected. Five hours lost, no quality. Their phone price inexpensive, but be informed, their customer support is simply terrible.
