Cricket Customer Service
AND DISHONEST PRACTICES is not helpful, they are useless and give you the runaround. Each representative tells you something different

The first incident I had with Cricket customer service was when I signed up for automatic payments. My payment is due on the 23rd of the month but they neglected to tell me at the time I chose this option that they money is pulled from your account up to seven days before the due date. I called customer service and was told by the first rep that he would go in and stop the payment. They next day the money ws still on hold on my account. I called back and received their ever famous "There's nothing we can do at this point. I don't know why you were told that" speech. I was given a fax number to supposedly get a refund and of course, the fax number did not work. I ended having to borrow the money to keep my account from being overdrawn to cover the payment.

Second issue... I called the sales dept. To get a third line and change my service to the $99 family plan. The sales rep. Was very nice and told me everything was set and my next bill would be on that plan. Well my daughter called me at the end of that cycle to tell me that her phone was off. I called "customer service" only to be told that her bill was seperate from mine and that we were not on the family plan. This time I received the ever famous, "You have to go to a full-service store to correct that." They also made me pay her bill seperate and the other bill as well which cost me an extra $50 because of THEIR error! They only thing they did right was wave the reconnection fee for phone and that was after I raised cane.

Cricket's so-called "customer service" line is totally useless and I'm not sure why they even exsist. I love the company's concept of no contracts and the prices are great but they need to overhaul their customer service department and teach those people how to actually do their jobs!
