Cricket Wireless Customer Service Reps lie, deceive and verbally assaulted me!

Been a cricket customer for over 3 years, never having any problems until we decided to buy 2 new Huawei Ascend II phones and pay for them and the first months bill in the Cricket store. Everything was fine up until the next month when our phone bill was being paid for by a family member as a gift to us for our 10 year wedding anniversary for the next 6 months. They live in another state, so called in the payment with all of the correct information. Our phones were shut off supposedly for non payment, called and got confirmation from family member from her bank it was paid for, submitted it and seems it was handled. 2 weeks later phones were shut off again, called customer service and was told payment research would be done and to submit papers by fax. I did that, phones shut off again and was told the fax was never sent in and only paying the bill would turn them back on. Spoke to supervisor and after explaining our situation of how the bill is paid they did another research, the bank statements were faxed to them BY THE BANK! Another bill is due it is paid but phones are shut off AGAIN for non payment. Customer service rep tells me that I need to go to the nearest Corporate store and have them look at the documents for the phones to be turned back on. The NEAREST Corporate Store to me is 2 1/2 hours away in Chicago which is not conveinent or affordable. I was then told I was a liar about the distance and that if I wanted to have the phones and this matter taken care of I needed to get off of my lazy a* and do it myself because if I can afford a cell phone then I can for sure afford to drive to the Corporate store. This issue has now been going on for almost 3 weeks. I have gone to my local store and the mamager said he sees the payments and that the bank provided tracking numbers for them, then he tried to handle the matter and the customer service rep told him that I was a bothersome customer, and my account would from then on be suspended untill Corporate approved the documents and turned them back on from their location. My phones are still off as of right now and I feel that Cricket has done nothing to even be supportive or helpful in dealing with this issue. My husband might get a 3 days suspension for not having a phone to be contacted by, as he is a group leader and head of his department on third shift and is on call through out the week. I have a 8 yr old son and if something happens at school they cant contact me, and if there is an incident at my husbands work where he is injured or any reason they cant call me to let me know what is going on. Just being treated to and talked down to the way these so called CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES have done to me is not only disrespectful but embarrasing for the owners of this company.
