I had a cricket phone for a couple of years with out a problem. I always paid my bill a couple of weeks before it was due. I paid my bill on 5/10/08 for service from 5/28 to 6/27. For mothers day i was given a family plan T-Mobile (which i love) i had everything ported over - on 5/19 and closed my acct. I've been to a full service center to have all paperwork done 3 seperate times, and even faxed everything from work. They are trying to KEEP MY MONEY. I'm sure i need my $52 a lot more than they do.
