GSM MONSTER.com is just what they say "monsters". The GSM probably stands for "GOING to SCAM MILLIONS". I just received my sorry excuse for a cell phone yesterday.
I purchased out of money that I was supposed to be using for more important things but could not resist this good deal on a "BLACKBERRY BOLD" that actually says right on the phone itself BLUE berry. The say this phone has bluetooth, video cam, dual sim card dual standby, voice recorder, NOTHING is further from the truth.
After reading reports I am taking no chances being told anything that will make me miss my 7 day return period, so I"m returning this phone immediately. My advice to others is if you already purchased a phone but haven't yet recieved it stop payment NOW. If you have recieved it hopefully you can return it.
IF YOU CAN"T RETURN YOUR PHONE however contact an attorney and have them also contact me an all the others on this site and lets show "GSM" how to really make a profit since they want to bend the rules any an every way they can Lets show em how to "F" with somebody then.
