Jeff Lynch is not a store you want to purchase your TV from! We purchased a 32 in. Sony xbr, brought it home and had it installed. The TV has sound problems so we went to return it after much troubleshooting to find the problem. We have had the TV 12 days and they would not return it! Jeff Lynch claims they have a 30 day return policy, its on their website!!! Manager Glenn and salesman Jon were very rude and told us we would have to come back when the owner was in and explain it to him! What? They would not return the TV. I have never seen such poor business practices as I have in this store. You would be better off buying from a store that stands behind its return policy. This store is dishonest!!!
