I am a sprint customer. I purchased a MOTOPURE H12 bluetooth from this store. Their return policy is not posted anywhere in the store. I asked if the store return policy allowed return with full credit back and was told I could return it for my money back since store credit would do me no good. The unit does not fit my ear. When I tried to return it I was told that only store credit would be given. They lied to me in order to get a sale. Awful!
