Ripoff Misleading return policy and bad customer service

I purchased a captains bed for my son, i took it out the box and set it up (no assembly required). He was too long for the bed so i called the store and said i would like to return the bed and purchase a new one. They told me all sales are final, there was no compromising at all. The manager just basically said "too bad", so now i'm stuck with a bed that my son can't sleep in comfortably, out of $300 and i still have to purchase him another bed. If i had known the return policy, which they never mentioned to me, i would have never purchase anything from that store. Any company that will not let you return items, is not a store you want to spend your hard earned money at.
