Best Buy ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more the business that doesnt give a dam

I bought a Samsung refrigeratore approximately 6 months ago, it has worked only 3 months out of the 6. I have made several service calls, each call lasting at least 30minutes and still I am unable to talk with someone and they tell me they will call me back and I never here from them and I have to call again the next day and again wait for 30min.

When I finally get a hold of someone they tell me they will call me on a certain day (3-5days later) between the hours of 7am to 9am and give me a 2 hour window of when they will arrive that day. My husband and I both work and anyone who works realizes that this is not customer based solution, how many working people in this world can take off at a moments notice? They have been out 3 times to fix my refrigerator and 2 times to replace the parts and it is still not working. I called again today (this is after calling last night and waiting and then them saying they will call me back, of course they never did) and told them that I want another refrigerator and now they say we need to reschedule another appointment for service so they can verify my fridge is not working.

]They rescheduled me for 5 DAYS LATER to verify that my fridge is not working (what a joke!) I HAVE HAD NO FRIDGE FOR 2 MONTHS and have been running to the store everyday to get ice for the ice cooler so my 3 boys can have cold drinks. They will again probably have to schedule a time to pick up the lemon fridge and probably another time for dropping off the new one. Best Buy is a big joke and I will never in my life time buy any products from them ever. How can a company continue in business and treat their customers like @#$%!

I guess a prepaid warranty on any item at Best Buy does not warrant customer treatment. I hope that others reading this will think twice about buying anything from Best Buy (this is really not my first bad experience with them, but it will be my last). They have already lost 5 really good customers. Please spread the word, BEWARE BEST BUY DONT CARE!
