On 23 On December my LG Refrigerator Model No. LFC22760ST stop cooling. I contact LG customer service, not sure if this is in Canada or South America. They told me to pay a flat rate 242.95 CAD to fix the refrigerator and they send after a week a "technician" from RBC Inc. He came in with a screwdriver and changed a electronic board that was changed 1 year ago. He ask me to call them back if the fridge is not working. I call them back and he return after another week to tell me that the fridge has a leak and can`t be fixed. LG made me wait another week for a management final decision.in the end I receive the refund back and now after more then 3 weeks I have to look and buy another fridge. LG life is not good. I have to say that I have couple of LG products. The phone also had problems in the warranty period and I don't know how much it will last. AS an EX fan LG, I advise you to strongly read review before purchasing any LG product.
