I purchased a Samsung fridge 24 months before and also have had fridge issues since that time. The fridge is about the lowest heat and icecream is really difficult it CAn't be dropped. The fridge is about the greatest heat and anything is comfortable. We go out of snow continuously & the fridge keeps freezing up. We've had the technician out 4 occasions and he usually claims its mounted however it never is. I'm likely to contact Samsung & demand a brand new fridge!!!
