I bought a Dell XPS 1710 notebook with three years extra guarantee in 2007.in April it began having issues. I invested more than 40 hours about the telephone with Dell support technicans performing the things they explained to complete. I expected for an RMA number to come back it, however they declined. On two distinct events they delivered specialists to my house to repair the pc, however it never worked correctly. They ultimately permitted me to come back it, however stated the component was on backorder (six months). They ultimately explained they'd deliver me a brand new pc. Which was nearly per month before. However no computer. The web site displays where the brand new pc was terminated 3 different occasions. I can not get anybody at Dell to contact me to solve the issue. I will never purchase a Dell computer again.
