Dell's Customer Service Has Declined, and I Hate My New Computer - Dell Inspiron products and customer service

have bought quite a few Dell computer s over the years. A few months ago, I bought an Inspiron computer, and I didn't like it.in the past, Dell sent me a new computer to replace the one I didn't like, and I was a happy camper. This time, Dell's Customer Service passed me from person to person for several hours. I never got any satisfactory resolution. Dell said they would take the computer back WITH A RESTOCKING fee. This was within the 30 day return period! I swore I would never buy another Dell because of the NASTY customer service.
