I bought a Rubbermaid Dymo label printer to print postage on my computer. Endicia (Envelope Manager Software), also a Rubbermaid company, deals with the postage end of it. I put $100 in my Endicia account. A couple weeks ago, I found I could log into my account online, but I could not log into my label printer software because I had a password but not a passphrase. Endicia refused to reset my passphrase. So, I told them to cancel my account. Endicia told me I would receive a refund check. Now, they are going back on their word and said they will not do anything. I am going to have to sue them in small claims court to get my $100 back. I was going to use the check to open a new account with a new passphrase, but with their behavior, I won't be creating another account with them.
