I have now sent 2 messages to Julie Gunia, Manager, and have not yet received a response.
Per message below, my last order was shipped incomplete. Although the free serum is listed on my invoice, I did not receive this serum. It is one of the reasons I placed this $274 dollar order - to get the "free" serum.
I have been pleased with your website in the past, but may need to look for another source for my Somme skincare based on the lack of response to my inquiries.
If someone could at least acknowledge receipt of my emails I would appreciate it.
