I was called by someone from this company who stated this was an all natural product that would not make me feel as if I had drank a pot of coffee.
I asked if the product contained caffiene or any of it's by products and was assured that it did not. I was given this phone number (866-368-4487) to call if I had any desire to cancel my order and I was given another number which the young man stated was my personal cancellation number. I recieved the product, took it the first day as directed and felt as though I had drank 2 pots of coffee.
I then checked the ingredients and there it was caffedine, which I then looked up on the internet and Voila a new name for caffiene. I called the number, put my cancellation information in and hung up. That was a month ago. Tonight I came home from work, checked the mail and another shipment was in the mailbox. I called and this time I got a live person who told me I didn't cancel my order because there is no automated call line for this company.
He offered to take my order back and credit my credit card for all but the 15% restocking fee and of course I would need to pay for the return shipping and a delivery confirmation number. This company is fraudulant and should definately be put out of business.in these economic times people cannot afford these kind of repoff conartists to be in business. Buyer beware!
