This is a mail order coffee company that my husband and I have used a number of times over the years as money allows. They carry a great line of coffee.
When you sign up online there is no option for how often you want to have the product sent. I was charged 3 times in less than 2 weeks. I have done this so we had it shipped once a month. I decided to call them to change the frequency. They now have a number that they post after you submit your order which is totally different than the number they include with the coffee shipment.
I made the call and the rep stated that it there was online and that I must have missed the option when I signed up. As I was trying to explain that there was NOT that option the way I signed up, he cut me off and stated "Can you let me finish". My jaw dropped, and I got even more upset. He then proceeded to state that he had cancelled my service. I stated "Now you are not listening to me, I did not want to cancel I just wanted to change this to once a month" again he cut me off and told me that they did not have that option after he just got finished belittling me for missing that option when I signed up. I do not care how good the coffee is... Do not do business with this group!!!
