Ude and not lishning to customers complint

I bought a camera there and when i opened the box and got all the soft ware completed the veiw finder was cracked so i called them to exchange the thing and i told them that i didnt have my recipe they said as long as i did not want the money back they would let me get a new one i said i dont want the money i just wanted the new camera they said fine and when we took the camera bach they said if you dont have the recipe no return i told them what the lady on the phone said she said well we have different pollicies and was rude now look the price of gas who can afford to waste gas to go across town i think they need to get there story straight
