I ordered their Pantothen product to treat acne for my 15 year old son. Two e-mails arrived indicating the order had been processed; then shipped. However the tracking number on the first e-mail indicated the product was on back-order. So I responded to the second e-mail indicating shipping; but it was returned as undeliverable. After checking the tracking again the next day I noted it still indicated back order so I called the toll free number. I asked her to cancel the order. She did so and assured me I would soon receive a cancellation confirmation message. This did not come so I again e-mailed to cancel the order. Again it was returned undeliverable. I called again, and the agent assured me the order was cancelled but he would cancel it again to be sure. He said the e-mail would arrive the next day. It did not. I called again, and this time the agent said the order had NOT been cancelled but that she would do so. I told her that I would initiate a dispute proceeding if I did not see a refund on my mastercard. To date, January 13th, I have received no cancellation verification nor has my Mastercard been refunded the amount. I believe this company is a scam and does not even have the product.
