I went to the store in question on Dec, 30th 2008 to purchase a printer and a Hard Drive. After i got home i tried it all out and the hard drive was fine but the printer would not print using the cable. It would only print using the wireless card. So i took it back 2 hours later and had them look at it. The dude looked at it for about 50 minutes and told me my software that controls my ability to install and use a printer was defective (the software that comes within windows) and so i exchanged it for a different one so i could avoid the 30 dollar service charge, if its a hardware problem its free if not i would have had to pay. SO i took it home and for awhile i never figured it out untill i get a system message from dell telling me that my usb audio driver could prevent a printer from working on usb. So i follow the directions to uninstall the driver and the printer works instantly like a charm. So i will be sure to never use geek squads services again.
