11/18 i requested mobile phone, blue-tooth headset, a tough case and information cable. First it had been backordered then lastly the cellphone came having a large break i the display, i sent cusstomer service and lastly theysent me a #RMA and so I could easily get another one, is delivered it back at my price, I've never obtained the wireless headset or hard-case. And once they received the mobile phone back they stated they'd provide me a reimbursement, that has never seemed, and so I am out $151.15 which was said to be my kids huge shock at holiday. I've been looking to get an item or reimbursement since after chirstmas which is today 3/11/09 and nothing from their website. They're scams and rip-offs they have to be studied off the net and set out of bussiness simply because they did this to varied people I'm discovering. I've received a rude mail from their store calling mean asshole since i was requesting again where my reimbursement was.
