Received incorrect product - Waiting on reimbursement

I requested some fragrance to get a Holiday present and obtained the incorrect product. I have been contacting and delivering faxes for over per week and lastly obtained an answer informing me to deliver back them and I'll get a complete refund including delivery costs. From all of the posts I've read, Iam confident this product was imitation, and I doubt I'll get my reimbursement. I approached Google given that they utilize them due to their ecommerce plus they explained to publish a criticism at www.IC3. Gov. Everybody must visit this website and publish grievances so maybe, only maybe, they'll be turn off. I have requested fragrance online for a long time and also have never had this issue. Two excellent websites to-order from are www.bigdiscount.com and scentiments.com. I ran across Dejavu buying cheaper cost, but it sure was not worthwhile!!! I'll inform you easily obtain my reimbursement.
