I ordered a razr cell phone in July. It had two mail in rebates, one for $25 dollars and one for $15. The phone was suppose to come with a free blue tooth headset. I gave them a different shipping address then billing address. This was too complicated for them. They sent my phone to NJ instead of NC.
It took three weeks and lots of hell raising before I actually got my phone in NC. My headset did not work so I sent it back and was told that they would send me a new one as soon as they received it back. Well they received it back 7 months ago and I have not received my headset as of yet. I've contacted them via email 11 times. They keep saying that they will send it when their warehouse receives it however FEDEX tracking says they received it 7 months ago! They have now stopped answering my emails.
In addition, I only received my $15 rebate, not the $25 rebate so instead of getting my Razr for free as promised, I paid $25 which still isn't bad but I'd really like my headset!
