It's been 30 days, and that I still haven't obtained a reimbursement of my $50 program charge from DeVry for a software I place in to Keller. There plan and software claims that you might obtain a complete reimbursement of one's program charge should you alter the mind within 10 times of implementing. Well, on morning four, I required a reimbursement of my program charge to my bank card since I decided I really could not proceed $30k into debt at Keller. I held e mailing customer support WITH NO reaction whatsoever. But still no reimbursement to my bank card. Lastly, after three months I e mailed the Leader of the faculty and submitted a using the local BBB. Works out they'd SIMPLY delivered me a reimbursement check via Fedex and needed an in person trademark for shipping. They did not want to consult me easily perform throughout the day (that we do), therefore obviously Fedex couldn't provide the check and delivered it for them. I kept asking them to simply credit my bank card, because that's wherever they required the cash from, however they stated they did not possess the cost tracking number. Ha. Therefore, 30 days later however don't have my income. Their customer support is BAD. I'm sure glad used to donot visit university there. Basically am having that much difficulty obtaining $50 delivered, I'd dislike to determine what occurred easily went into large issues while participating college there!
