I named and requested them why they withdrew money-they stated they'd return cash within two to three months. This continued and on without any reimbursement. Lastly i named Feb 12-spoke having a guy who stated he was a boss. He was really snotty and uncooperative and explained simply to visit my lender and apply for a provitional reimbursement. I visited my lender on February 13 and was educated I really could not document any such thing and that I completed cardholder dispute form. It's Februare 23 2010 and that I am still awaiting the reimbursement.
