I am a current customer ordered a second magicjack last November for my daughter and still have not recieved it as of 2-6-09 her Xmas present is screwed. I called to find out what happened. OHH we will send her one that was 4 weeks ago still nothing. Now I cant get a hold of anyone not even Their great customer freakin service wich they suck so much. Was going to order 2 for my sons in the military I will pay for Vonage at least I can get customer service...
What a rip off service they always make excuses that it is ur computer ur Fios or roadrunner broadband, or ur brand new computer...
