I bought a new computer and i try to install the magicjack that i was using on my new computer. I spend 2 days chating with them and no body could find my problem I found myself after spending another $42 for adding a new phone number and purchas another package. I already have a packcage that i was using with my old computer that it is still actif. I ask them to get a credit for these 2 things that i had to buy to get my MJ going on my new computer and they refused. If you get in problem with your magicjack goodluck for the support.
